At Ajanta Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the shoes are unworn, in their original condition, and packed in the original Ajanta Shoes box with all tags intact.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
